Baby Carrots

Baby carrots are small, young carrots that are harvested and sold in their immature form.

These carrots are typically 5-6cm in length and are known for their tender texture and sweet flavour.

Popular as a snack, these carrots are often enjoyed raw or used in salads and vegetable platters. They are also commonly used in cooking and can be roasted, steamed, or incorporated into various recipes.

Harvest delicious finger-length carrots in 8 weeks or leave to grow to 20cm in another 2 months. Juicy, sweet and crisp.

Good for heavy and shallow soils, or even planters and pots.

Baby carrots are quick to mature, super sweet and perfect for kids lunch boxes or a healthy snack.

Each pack has 40 seeds.

Growing notes

  • Prefers full sun in a moist, well drained soil
  • Sow direct in soil from Spring to Summer
  • Plant seeds 5mm deep and 5cm apart
  • Germinates in 10 days
  • Matures in 85-100 days
